This bibliography was revised in February 2002 to gather research on aspects of
Summary Measures of Health.
The bibliographic databases searched included MEDLINE, PsycINFO, CINAHL, Allied and Complementary Medicine, and Sociological Abstracts. Resources were limited to those published in English in 2000. There are additional bibliographies for year 2001 resources and for year 2002 resources.
Links are provided, where possible, to abstracts in the PubMed database of the National Library of Medicine.
The bibliography is divided into twenty-eight sections. Each citation appears only once although
material may pertain to more than one topic. Within each section citations are arranged
alphabetically by first author's last name.
